Schwartz Dill Weed (Freeze Dried)

Usage : For traditional Gravadlax sauce whisk Dill Weed with Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, egg yolk, olive oil and caster sugar. Combine Dill Weed with butter, olive oil and lime pickle, pour over cod fillets and roast. Herby tartare sauce is an interesting accompaniment to salmon and white fish. Simply combine Dill Weed, tarragon and parsley with finely chopped gherkins and mayonnaise.
