This smoothie is an ideal breakfast option, containing oats - the ever popular morning cereal. The berries add a delicious fruity flavour and the apple brings a little sweetness.



Ingredients

15g Oats
15g Chia Seeds
150ml Almond Milk
45g Frozen Summer Fruits
1 Apple

Methods

Add all the ingredient to the blender and whizz until smooth. If too thick, add more water.
