Chia Overnight Oats
Overnight oats offer a cool alternative to porridge. Chia really benefits the texture, as the seeds plump up overnight and thicken the liquid. The compote adds a tangy sweetness and the chopped nuts bring a lovely crunchy texture.
140g Dairy milk (If using plant milk, add 1/2 tsp of Honey)
15g Chia Fruit Compote
15g Crushed Mixed Nuts (Toasted Almonds, Pecans, Hazelnuts)
1. Place all of the ingredients in a jar and stir to combine. Leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
2. In the morning, remove from the fridge, stir and add the toppings.
