This salad is really vibrant, standing out as a genuine health option. Both the chia and sesame seeds bring a really nice crunch to the salad.


Ingredients

Salad
500g Grated Carrots
25g Chia Seeds
25g Sesame Seeds
Sprig of Coriander

Dressing
20ml Rapeseed Oil
15ml Olive Oil
35g Lemon Juice
4g Honey
2g Salt

Methods

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Toast the chia and sesame for 10 minutes, stirring half way through. 2. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and whisk. 3. Mix the grated carrots, toasted seeds and dressing together. Serve with sprig of coriander.
