PIRI PIRI CHICKEN & CHIPS

Ingredients

10 x Chicken Thighs / Legs
2.5kg Chips
75g Schwartz Piri Piri Seasoning
250g Hammonds Mayonnaise

Methods

Take Chicken pieces and place on baking tray lined with
greaseproof or tinfoil and heat until cooked through about 30
mins
10 mins before taking out of the oven baste the chickens with Schwartz
Piri Piri seasoning
Mix Schwartz Piri Piri through Mayonnaise and serve as dip with Chips.
