Chia Fruit Compote

This compote is a healthy alternative to traditional compote's. Chia seeds act a thickener, removing the need for pectin.



240g Frozen Summer Fruits
8g Chia Seeds
16g Honey

Methods

1. Place the fruit in a saucepan and gently heat for 5 minutes. Mash the fruit lightly with a fork.
2. Remove from the heat. Add the honey, chia seeds and stir.
3. Store in the fridge. Holds for 4/5 days.
