50g Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 x 400g Napolina/ Newforge canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp Napolina/ Newforge tomato paste
125g sour cream
1.In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add the kidney beans, tomato paste, sour cream and Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning.
3.Heat through and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
4.Great as a side option.
