JERK CHICKEN & CHIPS

Ingredients

10 x Chicken Thighs / Legs
2.5kg Chips
100g Schwartz Deep South Brown
Sugar Seasoning
250g Bick's Zingy Onion Relish
250g Hammonds Tomato Ketchup

Methods

Take Chicken pieces and place on baking tray lined with
greaseproof or tinfoil and heat until cooked through about
30 mins
10 mins before taking out of the oven baste the chickens as
follows:
Spoon over the Hammonds Tomato Ketchup and Schwartz Deep South
Seasoning mix all over the chicken OR
Spoon over the Bick's Onion Relish and sprinkle the Schwartz Deep
South Brown Sugar Seasoning
