Lemon & herb Crusted Cod

Ingredients
30g Schwartz Lemon & Herb Wings Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
250g fresh white breadcrumbs
10 x 180g pieces of cod loin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Methods

Method 1.Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6. 2.Mix together the Schwartz Lemon & Herb Wings Seasoning and the oil. Stir in the breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. 3.Put the fish on a baking sheet and spread the breadcrumb mixture over the fish. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the flesh becomes opaque and flakes easily.
