BBQ CHICKEN & CHIPS
10 x Chicken Thighs / Legs
250g Bick's Texan BBQ Relish /
Schwartz Hickory BBQ Sauce
100g Schwartz Smokey Texan
Take Chicken pieces and place on a baking tray lined with
greaseproof paper or tinfoil and heat until cooked through for about
10 mins before taking out of the oven baste the chickens as
Spoon Bick's BBQ Relish or Schwartz Hickory
BBQ Sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with
Schwartz Texan Seasoning.
Apply Schwartz Texan Seasoning to Chips or alternatively mix through
Mayonnaise and serve as a dip with Chips.
