Cajun Chicken Kebabs
10 x 150 gram boneless chicken breasts,
750ml chicken stock
50g Schwartz Cajun Seasoning
5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp Schwartz Ground Coriander
3 tbsp Basso Olive Oil
20 kebab sticks
Place the chicken and stock in a bowl and add 1 1/2 tbsp
Schwartz Cajun Seasoning, yoghurt, Schwartz Ground
Coriander and Basso Olive Oil.
Marinate for 2 hours.
Thread the chicken onto 20 kebab sticks. Sprinkle with
the Cajun Seasoning and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning
