Pidy Tart shell
Frangipane
Newforge Pear Halves
Apricot jam

Methods

Place some frangipane in the centre of the tart. Place
half canned pear on top pipe more frangipane
around the pear. Place in a preheated oven @ 180c
until lightly brown, remove from oven & coat with
apricot jam and bake for a further 10 mins until
golden brown.
