PIDY MINI CONE RECIPES

Ingredients

20g Butter
50g White Roux
25g Newforge Tomato Paste
100g Milk
100g Cream
250g Mozzarella
250g Newforge Sundried Tomatoes diced small
Newforge Basil to taste

Methods

Melt butter in mill
Add roux & bring to a simmer until flour in roux is cooked
Add all other ingredients
When mozzarella is melted add basil to taste
Allow to cool & fill into cones, top with cooked chorizo, diced beef, pastrami or feta
