Chinese Five Spice Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

2 Whole Chickens
3 tbsp Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
2 tbsp Schwartz Garlic Puree
150 ml oil

Methods

PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Whisk together the Schwartz Chinese Five Spice, Garlic Puree and oil. Brush the chickens with the marinade.

METHOD:
Pre-heat the Rotisserie, cook for 60 – 70 mins, dependent on the weight of birds. Baste during cooking time.

Serve with a spicy dip of Hammond's Mayonnaise and Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning.
