Mediterranean Lamb Cutlets
Basso Olive Oil
20 small lamb cutlets
2 tbsp Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning
2 tbsp Schwartz Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Schwartz Garlic Puree
PREPARATION IN ADVANCE:
Mix together the olive oil, Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning and Italian Seasoning. Stir in Schwartz Garlic Puree. Brush cutlets with the marinade.
Grill cutlets until just cooked. Serve with crisp salad and potato wedges.
