Mackerel with Citrus Fruit & Pepper
Schwartz Punchy Peppercorn to taste
1 orange, zested and segmented
1 lime, zested and segmented
1 tbsp Basso Olive Oil
Prepare the mackerel by gutting, remove the head and back bone so it is in one piece. Season the fish both sides with the Punchy Peppercorn Seasoning
Mix the fruit segments and zest together and share between the fish.
Drizzle with oil and grill until cooked.
