Iceberg Wedge Salad with Sour Cream Dressing
20g OLD BAY Seasoning
250ml sour cream
50ml white wine vinegar
10 wedges of iceberg lettuces
200g bacon bits, cooked until crispy
Spring onions, washed and sliced
In a large bowl, whisk or blend all the ingredients together for the dressing. Pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
To serve place a wedge of the iceberg lettuce on a plate, top with the dressing, crispy bacon, and the spring onions.
