10 x Chicken Thighs / Legs
250g Bick's Jalapeno Relish
75g Schwartz Cajun Seasoning
Take chicken pieces and place on baking tray lined with
greaseproof or tinfoil and heat until cooked through about 30 mins.
10 mins before taking out of the oven baste the chickens with the
Bick's Fiery Jalapeno Relish and sprinkle with Schwartz Cajun
Mix Schwatrz Cajun Seasoning with Mayonnaise and serve as a dip with
Chips. Alternatively apply Schwartz Cajun Seasoning onto Chips.
