These Chia Bites are very simple to make, no baking, chopping involved just blend. Perfect for a healthy mid-morning or afternoon snack.
30g Chia Seeds 30g Pumpkin Seeds
30g Almonds 6 Pitted Dates
12g Cacao Powder 38g Peanut Butter
15g Coconut Oil Pinch of Salt
Makes 12 Balls
1. Melt the Coconut Oil
2. Place all the ingredients into your food processor.
3. Blitz until a sticky dough forms.
4. Using a desert spoon, scoop up the dough and roll into balls.
5. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before devouring!
