Cajun Chicken Kebabs


- 10 x 150 gram boneless chicken breasts, cubed
750 ml Chicken Stock
50 grams Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning
5 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp Schwartz Ground Coriander
3 tbsp Basso Olive Oil
20 Kebab Sticks


Place the chicken and stock in a bowl and add 1 1/2 tbsp Schwartz Cajun Seasoning, Yoghurt, Schwartz Ground Coriander and Olive Oil.

Marinate for 2 hours.

Thread the chicken onto 20 kebab sticks. Sprinkle with the Cajun Seasoning and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serving suggestions: Sweet Potato Mash, Mango and Coriander Mash with a side salad.
